Gothic Peach: Tech Question….

  • Claire · 3 years ago
Sorry but I am not sure if this. I hope adding padding_left: 2px will help.
  • Starlet · 3 years ago
Adding padding: 2px; to the div SHOULD work, something else must be awry. If the div has a set width perhaps it's making it too big for the area, so try making the whole div 2px (or whatever padding you are trying to add) wider also :)

Instead of padding, try adding style = " position : absolute; top:20; left:20; width:300; height:300; without the spaces. Hopefully the code goes through and it doesn't just end up blank.

Hmm, that's odd that changing the padding doesn't help. I mean, logically it should *baffled* I'd suggest same as Starlet...

padding:2px always helps for me. Odd that it doesn't work for you.

I have to agree with what Starlet. :)

    Good luck!

I've had this problem in the past. Adding another div within your main div, then adding the padding to that div (the new one) should work, at least it did for me. Hope it works.

I always thought it was padding that did that, but I'm having the same problem with my new layout. I don't understand.

    Good luck. :)

I like your layout. I have a tattoo with that font.
